Qualifications:
* With at least 6 months CSR experience
* Excellent verbal and written English Communication Skills
* Average Typing Speed of 45-50 WPM
* Knowledge of e-Commerce and Retailing is a plus
* Excellent and able to Multi-task on the following:
* Answering email inquiries
* Able to do Inbound Calls
* Able to do Outbound Calls for Callbacks
* Fast learner & highly trainable with good analytical skills
* Team player and able to work with less supervision
* Knowledge using Microsoft Excel Files
* Good problem solver & has a Positive attitude
* Willing to work on the graveyard shift, weekends & holidays
* Well-organized, Responsible, and Initiative
* Independent with positive work ethics and passion to succeed
* Willing to start immediately
