CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES (VOICE)

Qualifications:
With at least 6 months CSR experience
Excellent verbal and written English Communication Skills
Average Typing Speed of 45-50 WPM
Knowledge of e-Commerce and Retailing is a plus
Excellent and able to Multi-task on the following:
Answering email inquiries
Able to do Inbound Calls
Able to do Outbound Calls for Callbacks
Fast learner & highly trainable with good analytical skills
Team player and able to work with less supervision
Knowledge using Microsoft Excel Files
Good problem solver & has a Positive attitude
Willing to work on the graveyard shift, weekends & holidays
Well-organized, Responsible, and Initiative
Independent with positive work ethics and passion to succeed
Willing to start immediately
