Key Responsibilities:
Build sustainable business relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives

Work closely with team leaders to drive innovative solutions to meet business needs.

Qualifications:
Language Proficiency:
English and Spanish

1-2 years of relevant call center experience and finished at least 2 years in college OR a Bachelor's Degree Holder

Excellent English AND Spanish communication skills (spoken and written)

Strong customer service skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to comprehend, solve and act on presented customer concern

Minimum keyboarding skills of at least 30 words per minute
