Job brief

We are looking for an Offshore Assistant Sales and Project Manager to join our team and support the organization while providing oversight on projects within our organization.
Offshore Assistant Sales and Project Manager's responsibilities include providing face-to-face online support using a dedicated conference system and coordinating with different departments to ensure projects are completed on time.
This role is also responsible for performing sales and administrative tasks such as online sales, preparing invoices, building estimates, and scheduling meetings as needed.
Ultimately, you will work with various teams and stakeholders to monitor project progress and provide oversight to ensure projects are completed promptly and within budget.
**Responsibilities**:
To be able to attend to daily Zoom calls using a dedicated conference system
Ability to provide face-to-face online support using a dedicated conference system
Research information to support other teams and departments as needed
Perform administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, scheduling meetings, etc.
Keep track of and report on project progress
Complete any tasks assigned by the Sales and Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner
Perform other duties assigned by the Sales and Project Manager orderly and efficiently
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as an Assistant Sales and Project Manager or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
Highly organized and able to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience in taking calls or talking to people using an Australian accent
Fast typing speed
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Relevant training and/or certifications as an Assistant Sales and Project Manager
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
10-7 pm AU time (8 am to 5 pm PH time)

NOTE**:MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ON-SITE.

Torres Street Davao City

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Davao City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
