Customer Service Representative (Realty Department)

Location: GMA, Cavite
Work Setup: Onsite

Responsibilities:

-Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and concerns through phone, email, or chat.
-Effectively and efficiently address customer issues and complaints.
-Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions.
-Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary.
-Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues and enhance overall satisfaction.

Qualifications:

-A Bachelor's degree
-Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Administrative Clerk or Customer Service Representative.
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
