? Track record of over-achieving quota

? Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

? Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

? Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

? Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively

Working Conditions: Remote/ Permanent work from home
Shift- based- in a Call center that works 24/7
Comfortable being on Zoom while at work
Pacific Time Zone
Minimum Technical Requirements: 1. Computer Specifications Processor: Core i7 8th generation (and above)

A reliable power backup that could sustain a minimum of 8 hours (full shift)
