Customer Service Representative - Pampanga (Onsite)

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or company policies.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges as required.
- Keep records of customer interactions and update customer accounts in the database.
Required Skills:
- Completed 2 years in College
- Must have 1 year Credit & Collections Account BPO Experience
- Willing to work onsite
