Job Requirements:
?Open for Non-Bachelors Degree.
?Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
?Experience in Customer Service is an advantage.
?Amendable to start as soon as possible is an advantage.
?Amendable to work in a shifting Schedule.

Job Responsibilities:
?Support customers by providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
?Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely manner.
?Handling customer complaints and returns, and resolving conflicts.
?Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions to problems.
?Meeting or exceeding performance targets, such as call volume and resolution time .
