Job Description:
? Open for fresh graduate.
? Open for Non-bachelor degree with at least 5 months' work experience in BPO.
? Willing to attend Face-to-Face Interview.
? Willing to start immediately.
? Amenable to work onsite.
Job Responsibilities
? Responsible for providing customer service support.
? Ensure quality and quantity of calls are observed in resolving customer care needs.
? Responsible to handle customers complaints and provide solutions.
? Respond and handles all customer questions and inquiries.
? Provide guidance and support to ensure the highest levels of Customer Service.
