Customer Service Representative / Onsite / Cebu

Qualifications:

Educational Background: (Any)
1. College Graduate (with or without experience)
2. Senior High School Graduate
3. Completed at least 2 years of college (4 semesters with no back subjects for HS OLD curriculum graduates)

Experience Requirements:
1. For All Educational Attainments: 18 months of BPO experience in Travel, Telco, or Technical Support (or a combination of these) is a mandatory requirement.
2. For Senior High School Graduates or those who completed 2 years in college (4 semesters with no back subjects): At least 6 months of call center experience.
3. For Sales Roles: At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
