Qualifications:

Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree with a preference for Business Management, Marketing and Communication graduates

Fresh graduates or applicants with at least a year of experience in a business development role

Has a working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems

Must possess strong relationship-building and communication skills

Must possess strong data analysis and customer service skills

Must have a knack for innovating processes and a strong inclination to process improvement

Excellent command of the English Language (both written and verbal)

Familiarity and ability to work around Google Workspace is an advantage

Responsibilities:

Set up and manage digital ad campaigns on current and emerging platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.)

Design graphics, videos, and other content for digital ad campaigns.

Maximize ad budgets efficiently and analyze campaign performance metrics.

Conduct A/B testing for continuous campaign improvement.

Ensure compliance with digital advertising platform policies.

Establish setup and automation between systems and platforms.

Create and automate email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, Zoho, or other relevant platforms.

Design infographics, illustrations, and visual elements to support content marketing efforts, making information more visually appealing and shareable.

Collaborate with teams and partners for alignment.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms for growth opportunities.
