Customer Service Representative (On- Site)

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities: Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, and policies.Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and professionally.Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions.Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.Develop and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.Update customer information and databases.Prepare reports on customer satisfaction and performance metrics. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.With or without BPO ExperienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
