Salary Package: 24,000 - 30,000 (29k Package w/ Performance incentives)

Job Description:
-Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
-Provide knowledgeable and courteous assistance to resolve customer issues
-Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements
-Maintain a positive, professional, and helpful attitude at all time
