- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or company policies.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges as required.
- Keep records of customer interactions and update customer accounts in the database.
Required Skills:
- SHS Graduate with 6 months BPO Voice Experience.
Additional Notes:
- This position will be working with a global leader in gaming.
- Working Set-up: Onsite
- Mondays to Fridays

Offered Salary: P14,000-P23,000
