Customer Service Representative (Makati/Pasig)

Responsibilities:

Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits.
Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customers' complaints.
Select and explain the best solution to solve the problem.
Required Skills:

At least High School Graduate
Must have 6 months BPO Voice Experience
Good communication skills
Willing to be process onsite
Additional Notes:

This position will be working with global provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) services.
Working Set-up: Onsite.
Mondays to Fridays.
