Customer Service Representative / Makati

? Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Hospitality Management, or related fields is preferred.
? Demonstrate a keen interest in technology and software solutions, particularly within the vacation rental or hospitality industry.
? Possess excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impact.
? Familiarity with CRM systems, help desk software, or similar technologies is a definite plus.
? Ability to analyze complex problems and provide clear, concise solutions that address customer needs effectively.
? Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
? MUST speak English fluently. Additional Languages are a HUGE plus!
? Must be comfortable working on camera with virtual teleconferencing tools.
