WORK LOCATION: Makati City | Amenable to report onsite as needed to ensure comprehensive customer support coverage
WORK SCHEDULE: Shifting Schedule
SALARY RANGE: ?25,000 - ?40,000 Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, and/or Hospitality ManagementDemonstrate a keen interest in technology and software solutions, particularly within the vacation rental or hospitality industryPossesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impactFamiliarity with CRM systems, help desk software, or similar technologies is a definite plusAbility to excel in a fast-paced, goal-oriented atmosphere, with outstanding organizational skills, a competitive spirit, and an energetic attitudeAbility to analyze complex problems and provide clear, concise solutions that address customer needs effectivelyAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsMust speak English fluently | Additional Languages are a HUGE plusMust be comfortable working on camera with virtual teleconferencing toolsRecognize upsell and cross-sell opportunities, present and offer products from client's portfolio
