JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a trustworthy and passionate professional for the role of Customer Service Representative Logistics. This position plays a key role in supporting the company's growth strategy within the starch derivatives business, handling both customer service and logistics operations in the Philippines. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting sales activities, coordinating logistics, and managing the supply chain. The individual will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries regarding delivery, products, and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor and report results against established key performance indicators including clear weekly reporting metricsAssist and coach Customer Service leaders and SchedulersEnforce employee accountability with regard to safe work environment, quality and efficiencyRegular tendering of the servicesSupport in management and responsibility for tracking quality and quantity of our stock availabilityInvolved in daily and weekly Demand and Supply planningCoordination of cross functional information and support of various projectsClose cooperation with internal interfaces (Project management, Demand Planning, Customer Service, Plants) and external suppliersDevelop, recommend and implement local strategies and plans for supply chain development to meet current and future business and customers' needs, the cost and productivity targetsDefine and manage finished goods inventory levels to ensure high goods availability and low waste of finished goods raw and pack materials QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS: Associates degree or higher education preferred2-5 years of experience in MillingGood working knowledge of Excel, Word, MS OutlookDetail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet specific deadlinesInterpersonal skills with desire to be a team memberHigh performer with initiative to learn other responsibilities
