Responsibilities:
Responding to inbound and making outbound calls to customers.Facilitating communication between customers and internal support to drive timely resolutions.Ensuring customer satisfaction through meticulous issue tracking. Qualifications:
Preferably with 3 to 6 months of BPO experienceIf NO BPO experience, must be at least a bachelor's degree holder. Has excellent listening and comprehension skills.Possesses good communication skills in English and Filipino.Quick learner and able to adapt to new processes and policies as needed.Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel.Experience in dealing with external customers who have varying requirements is an advantage.
