What is your mission?
You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
Provide post-sales customer service and/or troubleshooting support to the client's customers.
Support advertising customers and deliver consultative support.
Perform data analysis to improve customer's advertising experience and ensure higher ROI.
Gather client and partner feedback to enhance ad products and overall customer experience.
Who are we looking for?
At least Senior High School or College level
With at least 1 year BPO phone/voice experience
Must have technical support experience
Preferably with email and chat experience
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
