Job Description:
Must be atleast in a college level
At least 1-year call center experience in a voice support with at least 6 months airline experience.
In line of their experience with an Airline account, candidates must have an experience with a GDS Tool.
Must have experience with Omnichannel.
Average to above average English competency, both verbal and written.
