Position: Customer Service Representative

Work Schedule: Rotational Shift (2 days off)
Salary: Negotiable depending on years of working experience
Work Set Up: Work on Site

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors Degree holder or Highschool GraduatesOpen for Fresh GraduatesWith working experience in the same role is an advantageAmenable to work on site.Can start as soon as possible is an advantage JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for delivering client service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements.Established call standards.Meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely fashion.Will answer the inquiries and concerns of the customers via call.Other task as assigned.
