Customer Service Representative

Customer service agents are required to build strong relationships with clients and act as a liaison between the customer and the company while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Service calls within 5 to 7 minutes.Validate customer information.Deliver information about services.Handling customer complaints.
