Customer Service Representative

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Has the ability to ensure coordination of activities and adequate information exchange within the company and client.
- With excellent English communication skills
- Must have background in Electronics
- Willing to be assigned in Cabuyao, Laguna.

**JOB SUMMARY**:
Under the direct supervision of the Customer Service Head, the Customer Service Officer is responsible in fostering customer confidence in the company's ability to meet their requirements with efficiency, effectiveness and dispatch in order to achieve customer satisfaction in all aspects that is important to the customer.
She coordinates directly to the following disciplines:

- Engineering Division
- Industrial Engineering
- Supply Chain Management
- Accounting/Finance
- Inside Sales Group

Liaise with existing customers on all matters / aspects related to commercial concern.
He ensures timely and accurate response to customers from internal groups.

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
