A call center agent's job is to provide customer support and service by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing information:
Customer support: Help customers with questions, complaints, and issues related to products or services
Technical assistance: Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues
Order processing: Assist with orders, including online and over the phone
Payments: Process payments
Market research: Conduct market research
Database updates: Update databases
Reporting: Report recurring issues to management
Communication equipment: Maintain communication equipment and report problems
Quality results: Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
