**Job Description:**

SariSuki is seeking a motivated and adaptable Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Cebu. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with our clientele. You will engage with customers through various channels, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services to enhance their experience with SariSuki.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Engagement:**
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.
- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions to assist customers in their purchasing decisions.
- Exhibit empathy and active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.

2. **Issue Resolution:**
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
- Follow up with customers after resolving issues to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

3. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service and feedback.
- Share customer insights and feedback with the team to drive continuous improvement in products and services.

4. **Process Improvement:**
- Identify opportunities for innovation in service delivery and help implement changes to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Contribute to training and development of new team members by sharing best practices and cooperative insights.

5. **Reporting and Documentation:**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Generate routine reports on customer inquiries and feedback for management review, providing insights for further enhancements.

6. **Sales Support:**
- Assist with customer orders and transactions while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets by promoting relevant products and services during customer interactions.

**Requirements:**

- **Education & Experience:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- High school diploma required; a degree in a related field is an advantage.

- **Personality Traits:**
- **Adaptable**: Ability to adjust to changing workloads, customer demands, and technological advancements in a fast-paced environment.
- **Motivated**: Proactive attitude toward daily tasks and the drive to meet or exceed customer service goals.
