This is an onsite position at The Hideout, Clark, Pampanga. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responds promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chatProvides accurate information about products and services to customersResolves customer issues in a timely and efficient mannerFollows up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved to their satisfactionContinuously improves knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modulesCollaborates with other departments as needed to resolve customer issuesMaintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all timesAdheres to company policies and proceduresMeets or exceeds performance targets for related KPI's Performs other duties as assigned What are the required qualifications for a Customer Service Representative?Undergraduates are welcome to applyMust have customer service experience or equivalent in a BPO or call center industryAbove average communication skills, both verbal and writtenProficient in using computers and various software applicationsMust be willing to work onsite at the Hideout Office, Clark, PampangaCan start ASAP Nice-to-have qualifications:Experience supporting customers on all channels - voice calls, chat and email Familiar with CRM systems and practices
