Details of the offer

Job Description
1. Monitors all shipments awarded to Premium.
2. Responsible for coordinating all shipments from booking to delivery, and communicating shipment status and schedule to all related parties.
3. Handles all business correspondence, with suppliers and customers.
4. Prepares and provides reports required by customers.
5. Check and validate supplier's invoices.
6. Creates and transmits Billing Invoice to customers.
7. Forward supplier's invoice together with Customer's billing invoice to Accounting for payment.
8. Respond to all rate and Service inquiries from existing or new clients.
9. Maintains Customer Files with updated quotations.
10. Attends customer complaints, with supervision of the Manager.
11. Receives shipping and handling instructions from customers and ensures they are duly accomplished.
12. Prepares quotation as per requirement/instruction of customer, Sales, and agent.
13. Receives, files and maintains Supplier Rate sheet, approved by Business Development Manager.
14. Performs any other tasks that may be assigned by immediate supervisor from time to time.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in any field or related industry experience.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate with management, staff and customers
* Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and have great time management skills.
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point and other similar tools.
* Performs multi-tasing and works adaptably in a fast-paces environment.
