We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Associate to join our team at Angkas.
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for
Responding to customer inquiries and providing problem resolution through various channels including phone, e-mail, and chat. You will deliver outstanding service to our high-value customers by providing exceptional service and solutions to grow customer relationships. Additionally, you will provide personalized customer service by understanding and responding to the unique needs of each customer. At Angkas, we are looking for a Customer Experience Associate who possesses:
Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree At least 1 year of BPO or any customer service experience Excellent communication skills in Tagalog and English Good communication skills in Bisaya (preferred) Ability to work on a shifting schedule and be available to work onsite Why join Angkas?
