Position: Customer Service Representative(Pioneer Wave 1 account) Excellent customer service skills At least a year of work experience in the call center industry Strong conflict resolution skills Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations. Advanced organizational skills At least 1+ years of experience in a similar role/Outbound/Telemarketing/Online Trading Fluently speaking in English Highly self-motivated Working knowledge of CRM systems Strong verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas Must have a high degree of professional ethics, integrity and a team player Willing to work on-site
