A Construction firm out of Phoenix, AZ looking for a Customer Service Representative for our steadily growing remote team.
Shifts are from 10pm-10:00am Philippine Time, 3 days a week.
Primary responsibilities will include answering the main company line, reaching out to Clients to perform intakes, and assisting field technicians & Project Managers as requested with scheduling/various tasks.
Qualifications for CSR:

- 1+ years in Customer Service
- 1+ years experience in Construction or similar field a strong plus.
- Have impeccable English.
- Detail-oriented.
- Can show up on time and answer all calls during the shift in a kind professional manner
- Can think on your feet and respond to Client questions based upon the information you have available.
- Be able to handle difficult calls with angry clients collecting the necessary information
- Has the ability to build rapport & know how to empathize with clients, if needed.
- System & Tech-Savvy to understand workflows.
- Ability to gain or have a basic understanding of Construction.
- Strong internet connection.
Pay: Php21,800.00 - Php26,200.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Naga City, Camarines Sur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service Representative: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
