Key Responsibilities:
Address inbound and outbound customer queries
Resolve issues through written and verbal communication
Apply product knowledge to assist and guide customers
What We're Looking For:
good communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Friendly, confident, and capable phone presence
Flexible and can work on a Graveyard shift

Qualification:
Must be a college graduate; no experience required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php 16,000.00 - Php 17,000.00 per month
