Sound Connection Phils Inc / Staff Outsourcing Solutions is currently looking for:
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES-VOICE (onsite assignment, graveyard shift)

Hiring Account: Healthcare

Qualifications:
* Preferably with at least 6 months of CSR experience
* Excellent verbal and written English Communication Skills
* Average Typing Speed of 45-50 WPM
* Knowledge of e-Commerce and Retailing is a plus
* Excellent and able to Multi-task on the following: Answering email inquiries, Able to do Inbound Calls, Able to do Outbound Calls for Callbacks
* Fast learner & highly trainable with good analytical skills
* Team player and able to work with less supervision
* Knowledge using Microsoft Excel Files
* Good problem solver & has a Positive attitude
* Must be willing to work graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays
* Well-organized, Responsible, and Initiative
* Independent with positive work ethic and passion to succeed
* Willing to start immediately
