Customer Service Representative

Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls.
Maintaining solid customer relations by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
Resolving customers complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on Customer service issues.
Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customers problems.
**Salary**: Php60,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month

- Iloilo City, Probinsya sang Iloilo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service Representative: 1 year (preferred)
