Qualifications:
- At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- High level of English communication and interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail
- Experience in BPO is a plus

- Must be open to work overtime, graveyard shift, holidays, or weekends.

 

Job Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the executives and sales team to support direct marketing communications to our existing and target clients

- Maintains customer records

- Resolves customers' complaints, determining the cause of the problem and expediting the resolution of the problem.

- Prepares and update service report as required by the client.

 


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
