Qualification:
Preferably a graduate of any 4-year course or its equivalent

At least 6 months to

1 year customer service and multi-media marketing experienceExcellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively deliver information and respond to the question of varying nature.

Willingness to learn the standards and regulatory requirements for the processed products by the Client and to familiarize self about the packaging policies applicable for the product.

Ability to quickly assess difficulty situation and provide solutions

Has a strong sense for Customer Service; a Team Player; Flexible and has a strong ability to collaborate with Business Partners

Typing speed of 45WPM or more

Willing to work in shifting schedules (including night and weekends)

Can work overtime
