Customer Service Representative

?Attends to general inquiries, facilitate out-patient availments thru the 24/7 Hotline.
?Facilitate Hospital Admission and Discharges of members thru the 24/7 Hotline.
?Secures medical documents as deemed necessary related to hotline transactions.
?Billing and payment verification
?Cross departmental Collaboration
?Performs other duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned by the immediate superior

Qualifications:
?Graduate of any 4 YEAR Bachelor of Science course.
?Computer Literate (Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office)
?With HMO/Hospital/Clinic work experience is a plus.
?With good communication skills.
?Willing to work on a rotational shift.
?With good internet connection
?With Computer/Desktop equipment

Makati Office
Salary Offer: P16,000.00-18,000/month (depends on experience and qualifications)
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm Onsite (shifting schedule)
