Customer Service Representative

Makati Office
Salary Offer: P16,000.00-18,000/month (depends on experience and qualifications)
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00 am-5:00 pm Onsite (shifting schedule)
Job Responsibilities:
? Attends to general inquiries, facilitates out-patient
availments through the 24/7 Hotline.
? Facilitate Hospital Admission and Discharges of Healthcare Members
thru the 24/7 Hotline.
? Secures medical documents as deemed necessary related to the hotline
transactions.
? Billing and payment verification
? Cross-departmental Collaboration

? Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate
superior
Qualifications:
? Graduate of any 4-YEAR Bachelor of Science course.
? Computer Literate (Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office)
? With HMO/Hospital/Clinic work experience is a plus.
? With good communication skills.
? Willing to work on a rotational shift.
? With a good internet connection
? With Computer/Desktop equipment
