Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities:
-Attends to EastWest Healthcare's general inquiries, facilitate out-patient availments thru the 24/7 Hotline.
-Facilitate Hospital Admission and Discharges of Company's Members thru the 24/7 Hotline.
-Secures medical documents as deemed necessary related to hotline transactions.
-Billing and payment verification
-Cross departmental Collaboration
-Performs other duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned by the immediate superior

Qualifications:
-Graduate of any 4 YEAR Bachelor of Science course.
-Computer Literate (Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office)
-With HMO/Hospital/Clinic work experience is a plus.
-With good communication skills.
-Willing to work on a rotational shift.
-With good internet connection
-With Computer/Desktop equipment


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
