Duties and Responsibilities:
? Provide Exceptional Support: Delight our customers with timely and accurate
assistance via phone, email, and chat channels, enabling them to harness the full
power of the client's suite of products.
? Technical Troubleshooting: Dive into technical issues head-on, guiding customers
toward effective solutions that streamline their booking management processes
and boost profitability.
? Feedback Loop: Document customer interactions, gather valuable feedback and
collaborate closely with our product development team to continuously refine
and enhance our software solutions.
? Cross-functional collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with various teams to address
customer needs comprehensively, ensuring a seamless user experience across the
board.
? Product Education: Be the go-to resource for educating customers on new
features and updates, driving engagement, and maximizing software utilization.
Minimum Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Hospitality Management,
or related fields is preferred.
? Demonstrate a keen interest in technology and software solutions, particularly
within the vacation rental or hospitality industry.
? Possess excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach,
ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impact.
? Familiarity with CRM systems, help desk software, or similar technologies is a
definite plus.
? Ability to analyze complex problems and provide clear, concise solutions that
address customer needs effectively.
? Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional
teams.
? MUST speak English fluently. Additional Languages are a HUGE plus!
? Must be comfortable working on camera with virtual teleconferencing tools.
? Recognize upsell and cross-sell opportunities, present and offer products from
client's portfolio
? Amenable to reporting onsite and willing to work different shifts as needed to
ensure comprehensive customer support coverage.
