Job Responsivities: Attends to company general inquiries, and facilitates out-patient availments through the 24/7 Hotline.Facilitate Hospital Admission and Discharge of Healthcare Members through the 24/7 Hotline.Secures medical documents related to hotline transactions as deemed necessary.Billing and payment verificationCross-departmental CollaborationPerforms other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate superior Qualifications: Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor of Science course.Computer Literate (Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office)With HMO/Hospital/Clinic work experience is a plus.With good communication skills.Willing to work on a rotational shift.With Computer/Desktop equipmentWith a good internet connection
