Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

· Attends to EastWest Healthcare's general inquiries, facilitate out-patient availments thru the 24/7 Hotline.

· Facilitate Hospital Admission and Discharges of EastWest Healthcare Members thru the 24/7 Hotline.

· Secures medical documents as deemed necessary related to hotline transactions.

· Performs other duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned by the immediate superior


Job Qualification:

· Graduate of any 4 YEAR Bachelor of Science course.

· Medical Course is a plus.

· Computer Literate (Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office)

· With HMO/Hospital/Clinic work experience is a plus.

· With good communication skills.

· Willing to work on a rotational shift.
