? Responsible for effectively managing customer and internal stakeholders communication via phone
? Ensure 100% accuracy during responding on Business Communication done with customer over the phone
? Adhere to business communication language and etiquettes while reposnding on behalf of client or the company
? Responsible for being up to date on products, services, policies and procedures to ensure accurate information is supplied to customers while on call
? Take initiative to continuously enhance product, quality and technical skills.
? To provide support to customers for billing related questions and offering new products & services
? Responsible for maintaining data protection and confidentiality for all the parties involved i.e. customers, client and Sutherland
? Will coordinate with and support other departmental functions as and when required (e.g. e-mail, back-office, web chat, support etc.)
? Maintain high level of expertise, soft-skills and telephone etiquette skills
? Escalate appropriate issues to team leads on immediate / on-requirement basis
? Awarenes and meet the key metrics and targets.
? Adhere to company policies and procedures as described on the HR Handbook "
