Customer Service Representative

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service. This includes but is not limited to handling customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests. The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for maintaining customer records, creating reports, and contributing to the overall success of the team. Qualifications K12 Graduate / Completed 2 Years in College (without any back subjects)2-year Associate Grads with or without CCEHS Graduate (Old Curriculum) with 6 months international BPO exp or 1 year local BPO expExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalStrong time management and organizational skillsDetail-oriented and able to multitask effectivelyAbility to work independently and as part of a team
