Customer Service Representative Hotel Reservation

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must be 18 years of age and above
- At least high school graduate with diploma/certificate
- Must NOT be a student/enrolled, and should have NO plans in pursuing their studies w/in 2 years
- Willing to work full-time and in shifting schedule
- **_Average to excellent_** English communication skills
- Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
- Available to start ASAP
- Unvaccinated applicants must be willing and have plans to be vaccinated

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
