Customer Service Representative (Homebased)

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Provide full range of customer service to clients
- Handle inbound & outbound calls
- Address customer inquiries/concerns
- Additional responsibilities may be added based on business needs

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and great personality
- With customer care experience and a background in sales and/or handling disputes is a plus
- NetSuite experience is a plus
- Shift schedule 9am to 1pm PDT (12mn to 4am PHT)
- Can work alone or with a team

**System requirements**:

- Computer Processor: At least i3 5th generation for both primary and back up computers
- Computer Memory/RAM: At least 8.00 GB for both primary and back up computers
- Computer OS: Windows 10
- Internet speed must be running on a 20+ Mbps wired plan (at least 5 Mbps for back up connection)
