Responsibilities:The customer service support representative is responsible for the following tasks:- Perform outbound physician office/facilities scheduling to retrieve medical records for various purposes such as Medical Record Review and Medical Abstraction.Take in calls, resolve/assist concerns; transfer calls if needed.Qualifications:At least 2 Years in CollegeAt least 6 months of experience in Inbound/Outbound/Customer Service/Back Office in a BPO settingExcellent communication skillsCustomer service knowledgeMust be willing to work onsite in Bacolod
