Customer Service Representative - Healthcare Account

Details of the offer

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform outbound physician office/facilities scheduling to retrieve medical records for various purposes such as Medical Record Review and Medical Abstraction.
- Take in calls, resolve/assist concerns; transfer calls if needed

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 Years in College
- At least 6 months of experience in Inbound/Outbound/Customer Service/Back Office in a BPO setting
- Above-average communication skills
- Must be willing to report on site
