Details of the offer

We're looking for Customer Service Representatives who are accustomed to responding to customer questions and requests. You must be comfortable with using computers and have experience with customer support.

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and requests via telephone, email and chat in a timely manner
Document all inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks
Escalate questions and requests to appropriate departments or persons following the guidelines provided
Process forms, applications, and requests
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Minimum Qualifications
At least completed 2nd year college
At least 1 year experience in customer service(healthcare / finance / insurance)
Fluent in English
Quick and willing learner who can master the details of the work and call-taking techniques
Must be able to maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
Ability to work well under pressure and think quickly on your feet
Has strong verbal and written communication skills
