Customer Service Representative(Healthcare Account)

Details of the offer

- Handle inbound calls from customers and health providers.
- Assist customer requests for doctor's appointment, medicine replenishment, health insurance claims, etc.
- Answer inquiries about health insurance coverage.
- Make customer satisfaction the utmost goal for each call interaction

Requirements/Qualifications:
- Atleast 2nd year college undergraduate with 3months Call Center Experienced or completed 2years in College with Business or Medical allied course.
